FSRT - Foundation Safety & Rescue Training

The Foundation Safety & Rescue Training course is a fantastic course and should be required for anyone paddling regularly with others!  It covers the essentials of safely recovering from capsizes and other mishaps on the river, and builds a huge amount of confidence to base your paddling progression on.  It's also a huge amount of fun.

This course is a pre-requisite for Level 1 Coach training, and other awards.  The Club will be running Level 1 Coach training next year, so please speak to Paul and attend this course if you are considering this.  

Places are limited, so book early!
