Dart Trip

I'm organising a trip down to the Dart this weekend, to paddle the Loop and possibly the Upper also, depending on levels and participants.  Accommodation will be in the bunkhouse at the Prince of Wales pub in Princetown, telephone number 01822 890219.

Some of us will be travelling down Friday morning and paddling on Friday; others will join us on Friday night.  Please use the forum or email me if you need to organise a lift.

Cost is £12 / night, with cooked breakfast available at £5.  

River information is here for the Dart Loop and Upper Dart sections.  Please speak to myself or one of the coaches if you are not sure if this river is right for you.

Disclaimer: all our trips are run by club members like you, and unless specifically described otherwise are peer paddles.  If you think that you would benefit from the support of a formal river leader or coach, please contact the trip organiser in advance - we can usually arrange something!  Otherwise you should be confident that your own ability matches the trip as planned.  If your trip is being led by someone - a more experienced paddler, river leader or a coach - it is your responsibility to mention any medical or other issues which may arise during the trip.
