A slower paddle to suit newer members. We plan to be on the river at 6.00 or just after.

Please dress warm as the nights are getting colder.

If you take a snack and a warm drink we will stop for a short break

Otherwise you should be confident that your own ability is appropriate for the journey you choose to do.  If your paddle is being led by someone - a more experienced paddler, river leader or a coach - it is your responsibility to mention any medical or other issues which may arise.
