This was covered at the previous meeting and has been cancelled by Bill.

Pre-AGM Committee meeting.  This will not be a full meeting, and there will be no treasurer's report etc. or any opportunity to discuss matters arising.  This meeting is purely to prepare for the upcoming AGM.
