Tees Whitewater - with Meridian

Meridian are running a trip to the Upper Tees and have invited Maidstone to join them.  The plan is to paddle from High Force to Low Force, which is a fantastic grade 3/4 section of river.

Andy Garlick (who many of you will know or at least recognise) is organising the trip.  Meridian aren’t putting on any coaching or river leading per se, but they’ve got a couple of experienced paddlers who will be with the group (Jack Lamer & Hannah).

Given the river grade and no coaching, this isn’t really a trip for beginners; competence on grade 3 water and a reliable roll are probably pre-requisites, but have a chat to people who have run it for more info.  See here for more:
