Forward Paddling For Touring & Bimbling

Forward paddling is the mainstay of everything we do - from trips up to East Farleigh or down to the Malta, or further afield on the Avon or Thames.  A few simple adaptations to your technique can help you get there with less effort - and maybe even a little faster!

Joel Cameron will be running a fun session looking at forward paddling for regular paddlers  - come along!
