Coaching children and First Aid update

At 6.30 pm on the water, Mary will lead a session on coaching children. Come along for coaching tips, games and ideas about how best to coach the younger paddlers.

At 8.00 pm in the boat house, Bryn will be updating us with changes to First Aid practices.

Our peer coaching sessions are open to everyone - you do not need to be a qualified coach to join us.
Location 6.30 pm on the water for the peer coaching or 8.00 pm in the club house for the CDG meeting.
