River Treweryn Trip - 21st-23rd April

Suitable for paddlers who are already confident on Grade 2/3 whitewater (or on the legacy course at Lee Valley). This is a informal trip with no coaching, but pleanty of fun. We will run both the Upper and Lower Treweryn over the weekend, Those who are less confident may just want to run the lower treweryn. There is an easy portage of the Grade 4 fall at the end.

If the treweryn is not releasing we will find our water elsewhere.

Staying at Tyn Cornel camping, please book your own pitch at: http://www.tyncornelcamping.co.uk/

No food or drink provided. We usually get dinner in Bala in the evening.

Location Treweryn
Contact  Mary Cutts - [email protected]

Disclaimer: all our trips are run by club members like you, and unless specifically described otherwise are peer paddles.  If you think that you would benefit from the support of a formal river leader or coach, please contact the trip organiser in advance - we can usually arrange something!  Otherwise you should be confident that your own ability matches the trip as planned.  If your trip is being led by someone - a more experienced paddler, river leader or a coach - it is your responsibility to mention any medical or other issues which may arise during the trip.
