The British Canoeing Stand Up Paddleboarding Discipline Support Module is aimed at giving existing paddlesport coaches and Instructors the knowledge and skills to run Safe and Enjoyable introductions to Paddleboarding within the remit of you existing coaching award (Sheltered and V. Sheltered Water). If you are not a coach it will give you a good understanding of Paddleboard Techniques and skills as well a few ideas for how to improve yourself and others. It does not count as a stand-alone Paddleboard qualification.
The majority of the course will be practical and on the water so dress to get wet! The course does not require any previous experience of Paddleboarding, but some familiarity helps.
I provide all the boards and paddles for the course, you just need to bring personal paddling kit appropriate for the conditions on the day.

The course Costs £80 (£65 for MCC members) plus the British Canoeing certification fee which is £17.50 for BC Members or £25 for Non-BC-members.
