Maidstone Canoe Club

The South East Region are running a Silly Hats Tour of the Medway, reviving a tradition which Norman ran for Maidstone for many years.  The paddle runs from Tonbridge to Yalding (with a shorter option from Hartlake Bridge), with check-in at 9:30 - 10am.  Demo boats & burgers available at Yalding.

Club Members who are going can either meet at Tonbridge for check-in or at the club if you want to share transport. From the club we will need to depart at 8:30 and then drop some cars at Yalding and continue to Tonbridge for check-in at 9:30. There is a charge of £2 for the event (South East Region Funds) and don't forget the car park (maybe free on Sunday).
