Maidstone Canoe Club

It's been a long winter, and some of us are a little rusty in our boats!  This (free!) refresher course is perfect for getting the cobwebs out and remembering how to go in a straight line!

It's also a fantastic opportunity to get to know some new paddlers at your level, and say hello again to those you met last year.  This session is particularly suitable for anyone who's done one of our beginner courses but not paddled much since, and is feeling a little awkward about getting back into it.  The session will cover: choosing a boat from the store, outfitting the boat, getting in and out, and paddling in a straight line.  No capsizes - probably!

Please sign up below so we've got a good idea of numbers.  There will be tea & coffee in the Clubhouse afterwards - this is very much a relaxed, informal and fun session.
