FSRT - Foundation Safety & Rescue

Together with the Explore Award, the FSRT is the course that sets you up to expand your independent paddling horizons.  Covering the basics of looking after yourself and your fellow paddlers on the river when things don't quite go to plan, this is a wet course which will boost your river confidence more than any other.  It's also a huge amount of fun!

Please bring a packed lunch and a change of clothes.
